ISLANDIA, N.Y., May 12, 2010 – CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2010.
